Each month prior to the training, mentors will have a chance to pick or suggest a topic they feel would benefit them!

• Closure: How to create mutual and respectful closure of a relationship
• Problem Solving Through Relationship Building         
• Drugs and Alcohol: Their effects and what you can do
• Goal Setting and Visioning
• Attachment Cycle and Relationship Building
• Communication
• Identity: Understanding yourself will help build better relationships
